Services
All interventions provided are grounded in evidence-based clinical practices and are designed to support the reduction of psychological distress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance cognitive clarity. Treatment is individualized to help clients develop adaptive coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and improve overall psychological functioning.
-
Individual and adult counseling is a therapeutic service designed to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns through evidence-based interventions. Treatment may include approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care to support symptom reduction and improved functioning.
-
An evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and resolve distressing life experiences that may be contributing to emotional symptoms in the present. EMDR uses structured protocols that include guided attention and bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to support the brain's natural healing processes and reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic or triggering memories.
-
By strengthening mindful attention and acceptance, this approach supports emotional regulation, reduces reactivity to stress, and helps clients respond to difficult experiences with greater clarity and flexibility. Treatment may include mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, grounding skills, cognitive restructuring, and experiential practices aimed at increasing self-awareness, resilience, and overall psychological well-being.
-
Focuses on identifying and reshaping negative interaction patterns that often keep people stuck in cycles of conflict, distance, or emotional disconnection. Rather than focusing only on communication skills or behavior change, EFT works at the level of underlying emotions and attachment needs-helping clients understand what they are really feeling, what they need from their partner, and how those needs are expressed in the relationship.
-
If in need of urgent support and request the first available or same-day appointment due to immediate concerns such as emotional crises or self-harm behaviors, these appointments are considered crisis sessions and are offered as self-pay at a rate of $200, as there is not enough time to verify or coordinate insurance coverage beforehand.
A superbill can be provided for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If continued therapy services are needed after the crisis session(s), insurance coordination can be discussed and arranged at that time if desired.
DISCLAIMER: Crisis sessions are not intended to assess immediate danger to self or others. If you or someone you know are experiencing suicidal thoughts, threats of harm to others, or any mental health emergency requiring immediate intervention, please call 911, contact local authorities, or go to the nearest Emergency Room or inpatient psychiatric facility.

The Therapy Process in a Snapshot
Schedule Consultation
Free 15-minute service to get to know the therapist and determine if this is the right fit for you. This is not a therapy session. You can expect the therapist to give a brief description of their background, ask basic background questions of the potential client, identify goals, pricing and insurance options, and future scheduling.
Initial Evaluation
Prior to your first therapy session you will be required to complete the initial screening paperwork sent to you directly from the therapists patient portal. Initial evaluations may be up to 90 minutes long.
Ongoing Care
After establishing goals with the therapist, interventions may include implementing evidence-based strategies to modify unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, or emotions. Clients are encouraged to actively practice targeted skills in-between sessions for better therapeutic outcomes. All continuing therapy sessions are 50-minutes long unless otherwise requested by client.
Relapse Prevention and Termination
Healing cannot be rushed, and there is no amount of time that can guarantee completion of the therapy process. Termination can be determined by adequately meeting therapy goals. It is our goal for you to take your acquired skills and continue to apply them independently in your daily life, fostering continued growth, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being beyond the therapeutic setting.
